We’ll work with your venue coordinator to identify the perfect location during our planning call, whether that’s a dedicated room, a corner of your reception space, or even an outdoor covered area.

Our team arrives 90 minutes before your event begins to ensure everything is perfect. This includes setting up our professional studio lighting (which requires precise calibration for optimal portraits), installing the backdrop, testing all equipment, and coordinating with your venue staff. We handle every detail so you don’t have to worry about a thing. By the time your first guests arrive, we’re ready to create stunning portraits that will last a lifetime.
Our portrait experience accommodates groups of up to 8 guests comfortably in a single frame. For larger groups (like the entire bridal party), we can certainly accommodate with some creative posing and composition adjustments.
